Egypt has been on my travel bucket list since the first time. I saw the pyramids of Giza rising up out of the desert sand in Hollywood movies. In 2016, after years of dreaming about it, I finally made it there, and it did not disappoint! I can’t wait to go back, but until then, these are some of the top places to visit in Egypt that will surely keep me dreaming about returning!

You can even get close enough to touch the pyramids, though you should be aware of pickpockets in the area. If you want to get a closer look at the pyramids.
